THE IMPACT OF THE EU'S LAW ON AUDIT COMMITTEE RESPONSIBILITIES, AUDIT INDEPENDENCE AND DIRECTIVE TO RESTORE INTEGRITY AND TRUST IN COMPANIES, MARKETS AND THE AUDIT COMMITTEE

Winning in a successful economy, and achieving sustainable growth depend on the relation between business and markets, working together towards high levels of trust and integrity. How can the new EU regulatory and legislative mechanisms help companies to reduce the risk of market failure, minimise unproductive capital and help with tools and resources for efficient implementation.

To provide guidance on the EU legislation on auditor liability, transparency and advisory Copenhagen ComplianceŽ organises a one-day seminar:

ON March 15, 2017, AT THE CONFEDERATION OF DANISH INDUSTRIES COPENHAGEN, DENMARK From 08:30 to 16:00.

The oversight, experts, and professionals will contribute to provide a deeper understanding of the social and business implications of the legislation, boost confidence in corporate reporting and strengthen the Board / Audit Committee's future role as a guarantor to all "stakeholders".

The objective of the seminar is to gain a better understanding of the corporate and commercial consequences, including the central future role of audit committees in strengthening assurance in corporate reporting, supervision of the auditor independence and the relationship with the company they are audit.
