CSR is evolving from being perceived as a “nice to have” marketing theme, to a more integrated and necessary asset for business performance, where both risks and opportunities are explored and managed. This results in a need for also including CSR topics in the organizational governance.

During this session, we examine how business comply and act on the CSR challenges that result in material liabilities as well as reputational risks. What are the processes and tools to manage your organization through the key steps to ensure CSR compliance to the “hard laws and regulations”, to the “soft laws” and to the organization’s own goals and “Code of Conduct”.
