Prof Colin Coulson-Thomas has advised over 100+ boards on improving board and/or corporate performance. A regular speaker at corporate events and international conferences, he has given over 300 presentations in 40 countries.
Colin is an experienced chairman of award winning companies and a Professorial Fellow. He has served on various corporate and public sector boards, and governing bodies of representative, professional, learned, and voluntary institutes, societies and associations, including as chairman and president.
Colin has led various change management and transformation projects, and undertaken many surveys of boardroom issues, attitudes and practice. Practical lessons derived from these surveys and work with entrepreneurs and boards are summarized in over 40 books and reports.
Colin's latest books are: Transforming Knowledge Management (Policy Publications, 2013), Talent Management 2 and Transforming Public Services (both Policy Publications, 2012), Winning Companies; Winning People and Developing Directors (both Policy Publications, 2007). He obtained first place prizes in final examinations of three professions.

Barry is a recognised cyber security expert, security advisor and CISO, who specialises in transforming and delivering complex information security, risk, and compliance programmes for many global organisations.
He has over 25 years of experience in the private/public sectors, including finance, utilities, retail and national government. He is a well-regarded international speaker on cyber security, having spoken in the USA, Middle East and Europe, as well as being an industry advisor to the Department of Business, Innovation and Skill, where he was part of the Industry Advisory Group, which helped formulate the Cyber Essential Scheme, part of the UK’s Cyber security strategy. He has also advised the Parliamentary Office of Science and Technology on ethics, privacy and cybersecurity.
In addition to his extensive cyber security experience, Barry has written numerous articles on cyber security and contributed to publications with PWC on topics from privacy data protection, as well as writing several other articles on information security, from ‘Social engineering via social media”, ‘” The loss of privacy”, and “Threat intelligence”.
Barry was also a finalist for the prestigious SC awards as CISO of the year 2015, having been recognised as 1 of the top 3 most influential security professionals for that year. He is an industry advisor to the Information Assurance Advisory Council (IAAC), and an advisory board member to Computing magazine. He has also been acknowledged for his contribution to cyber/information security by various industry groups.

Wies Wagenaar is a social psychologist. She started her career as a crisis-management consultant. Having completed her training in forensic medical research, she worked as a consultant at KPMG Forensic & Integrity. She researched the root causes of fraud in business and advised on integrity management and ethical business practices. In 2014, she was asked to create a new department at ABN AMRO that would focus on behaviour, learning and ethics. Her team of behavioural scientists, philosophers and educational specialists identifies behavioural risks, leads projects that are designed to influence behaviour, and facilitates ethical decision-making.
